Solid-state chemistry platform - crystallization process

  • Process for the preparation of sodium salt crystal I: suspend the raw material in 10 V toluene at room temperature and then add 1.1 equivalents of 1 M aqueous sodium hydroxide to the suspension;
  • Successfully scale up the crystallization of sodium salt dihydrate according to this preparation process

    Solvent (Vol.): toluene (10V)
    Alkali (eq): NaOH (1.1)
  • Step 1
    Add aqueous sodium hydroxide solution to
    make the suspension a clear solution
  • Step 2
    Stir the clarified solution at room temperature
    to precipitate the solid overnight

    Target sodium salt crystal form
